Accurate Information Required: You MUST provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. This includes your full legal name, valid phone number, state of residence, and primary email address.

Suspension for False Information: Providing false or misleading information will result in immediate account suspension or deactivation without prior notice. We reserve the right to verify all user information.

Legal Use Only: You certify that you will use our services legally and ethically. Our platform is for legitimate VTU transactions only - not for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activities.

API Usage Policy: DO NOT intrude or abuse our API. Unauthorized scraping, excessive requests, or attempts to exploit our systems will result in permanent ban and possible legal action.

Payment Fraud Prevention: DO NOT use our payment system as a source of fraud. This includes but is not limited to: sending money through our platform to hide illegal funds, withdrawing instantly after receiving suspicious transfers, or any form of money laundering.

No Abuse of Services: Any form of service abuse including:

• Chargeback fraud after successful transactions
• Using multiple accounts for fraudulent activities
• Bypassing system limits or security measures
• Exploiting promotions or referral systems

Transaction Monitoring: All transactions are monitored 24/7 for suspicious activities. Any pattern of instant deposit-withdrawal, unusual transaction volumes, or irregular patterns will trigger account review and possible suspension.

Legitimate Transactions Only: Your wallet should be used exclusively for VTU services - data, airtime, bills, cable subscriptions, etc. Using it for peer-to-peer transfers with suspicious patterns is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Restrictions: We reserve the right to:

• Hold withdrawals for investigation (24-72 hours)
• Require additional verification for large withdrawals
• Block withdrawals from accounts under investigation
• Reverse fraudulent transactions

Zero Tolerance for Fraud: We have ZERO TOLERANCE for:

• Money laundering through our platform
• Using Sadiq Sharp Sub to hide illicit funds
• Any form of financial fraud or scams
• Identity theft or impersonation
• API abuse or system exploitation

Immediate Consequences: Violation of any term will result in:

• Immediate account suspension
• Permanent ban from our platform
• Forfeiture of all wallet balances
• Reporting to relevant authorities
• Legal action where applicable

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities under your account. Never share your login credentials, transaction PIN, or API keys with anyone.

Right to Monitor: Sadiq Sharp Sub reserves the right to monitor all accounts and transactions for compliance with these terms and applicable laws.

Account Suspension: We may suspend or terminate any account at our discretion if we suspect violations of these terms, without prior notice.

Updates to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
